Carnegie Technology Group offers a range of service level options.

Solutions
Solutions services are provided by teams of Carnegie consultants who perform a majority of the work off-site. These services are project-based by nature, and require technical and management leadership to be successful. Work is defined in conjunction with the client and managed by the Carnegie project team. As needed, members of the project team go on-site to work with the business community and subject matter experts throughout the course of the project.

Managed Teams
Managed Teams services are similar to Solutions services; however, Carnegie consultants work on-site at the client location. These services have specific deliverables defined by the client, with the expertise delivered by self-managed teams.

Enterprise Staffing
Enterprise Staffing services focus on providing consulting expertise to augment the client's internal IT organization. Work is defined, managed, and supervised by the client.
